Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support)Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia. AGIG manages over 40,000km of distribution networks, more than 4,300km of transmission pipelines and 60 petajoules of storage capacity. Our low carbon vision targets 10% renewable gas in our distribution networks by no later than 2030, with full decarbonisation of our networks by 2040 as a stretch target and by no later than 2050.About the OpportunityAs a Contract Performance Coordinator, you will support the OMSA contract ($50-$70M per year) by ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll monitor operational performance, provide support for process improvements, and resolve operational issues. Your focus will be on driving service improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the operational delivery of gas services, ensuring end consumers receive high-quality service.Assess and prioritize work to ensure gas supply reliability, including outage management.Influence service providers to enhance customer service through improvement initiatives, complaint management, and operational performance.Recommend cost-efficient operational and customer service enhancements that balance customer satisfaction with cost control.Collaborate with industry stakeholders to streamline processes and implement customer service initiatives.Provide operational and contract support for the OMSA Service Provider contract ($50-$70M per year).Manage and monitor contract performance, ensuring service quality and cost-efficiency.Review operational performance and audits in line with industry guidelines, contract requirements, and Multinet Gas Network (MGN) standards.Manage end-of-month operational reporting, including KPIs and Guaranteed Service Levels (GSLs).Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.About You:Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in the gas industry.Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems analytically.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in complex operational environments.Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.Experience in utilities and SAP is desirable.What we offer:We are proud to be recognised as an inclusive employer by Diversity Council Australia, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion has earned us recognition in 2023-2024.
