Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day. About the role You'll take responsibility for supporting our consumables team to deliver our contractual and operational requirements across the consumable portfolio. You'll manage day-to-day workflow with our suppliers and manage operational queries from our internal stakeholders and store teams. You will also support with documenting processes and procedures and building efficiencies within our stakeholder network. You will also: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across supplier processes, contract management and management of field queries with measurable benefits. Manage and resolve escalations in a timely manner. Manage and maintain support inboxes. Build reports to support management, tracking contract performance, and driving required compliance in the field. Track and raise invoices across all contracts, including dispute resolution. About you and your skills You will have: Experience in a similar role in fast-paced, retail or service-based industries. The ability to quickly build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced and complex work environment. Proficiency with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel. A level of comfort with databases and systems. The ability to adapt combined with effective problem-solving skills.
