Company:Our client is an established multi-sector tier 3 builder that focuses on new build & fit-out projects up to $15m in the North / West. They build in a variety of sectors such as Industrial, Government, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 30+ years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year and now operates from a number of offices in Victoria.
They require a Contracts Administrator to join a growing team with plans to strategically grow over the next 12-18 months. It is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business but still be a part of a growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimsAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdministration of the project HSE systemTo be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent4+ years experience as a CADelivered Projects from Start to FinishExperience working on Commercial Projects 5m +Knowledge of Regional construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention for detail and proven communication skillsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Billy Marotta on or click apply.
