Some typical tasks may be: Support PM on assessing contract risksUsing construction software such as Hammertech and ProcoreImplementing Contract Administration plans and systemsProviding commercial advice to the teamInterpreting contract terms and negotiating with suppliersContract variations, claims and liquidated damagesInspect construction works to make sure they are constructed within accordance of the design and programManage procurement targetsMonitor sub-contractor performanceTo be considered for this role you will have a degree in Construction Management or similar, experience working on commercial construction projects within Australia, and experience working with common construction software packages.
