You will report to a project manager administering a super high-end residential project in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

The salary on offer is up to a $130k package, depending on your experience.
You can work between the head office and the site, and there is flexibility in how you structure your week.
You will work with the Project Manager and Site Manager to deliver a high-end project.
Your responsibility will be to manage this project's contract administration, cost reporting, and contract management.
The business has a track record of promoting from within; the project manager you will work with has also developed down the same route, having been promoted from CA to PM.
He's an excellent mentor, likeable, down to earth and will be there to ask questions.
The business is growing and has a substantial pipeline of work for 2025.
They are a known leader in the high-end sector due to the nature of the work they complete.
The type of clientele that they work with also sees them complete commercial projects up to $35m.
Due to the nature of the project, you will have at least two years of head contractor experience in commercial construction or the high-end sector.
Interviews will be conducted over the next two weeks, with a start date likely for early 2025.
