We are currently undertaking an exciting water treatment project in Ayr, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Administrator to join our team.Position Overview:
As a Contract Administrator at Tallai Civil Construction, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering contracts for our water treatment project.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Contract Management:
Administer and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Documentation:
Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation, including variations, claims, and progress reports.Coordination:
Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to address contract-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.Cost Control:
Monitor and track project costs, including variations and change orders, ensuring alignment with budget and project financial goals.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and work with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.Reporting:
Provide regular updates on contract status, including financial performance, to project managers and senior management.Qualifications:Experience:
Proven experience in contract administration within the civil or construction industries.Skills:
Strong knowledge of contract law, project management, and construction processes.
Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.Education:
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Attention to Detail:
Ability to manage complex contract documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.Software Proficiency:
