Seeking Expressions of Interest - Experienced Contract Administrator in Adelaide - Commercial Cleaning
In the role of Contract Administrator, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.
The role mainly consists of:
Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with clients
Preparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to clients and senior management
Develop, review and negotiate variations, programs, projects and services
Maintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract reports
Tracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention and site/portfolio profitability
Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer's expectations
Recruiting, training and developing of the management team to ensure contract compliance and succession
Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.
Managing & owning customer relationships
Business development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolio
Managing paperwork related with contracts and variations
Skills and experience
The skills and qualifications that this position requires include:
Management and operations experience this is a necessity
Minimum 2 years experience

Remuneration/Salary
Market leading based on commensurate experience
