These assets will be the cornerstone for transforming Queensland's energy system, helping to meet the state's ambitious renewable energy targets of 70% renewables by 2032, 80% by 2035, and achieving net zero emissions by 2050.What are the benefits? Your responsibilities will include:Managing contractual correspondence, notices, and claims for both major contracts and subcontractor arrangements.Formulating contracts based on estimates, budgets, and timeframes.Ensuring contractor compliance and providing necessary guidance.Leading commercial aspects within project teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.Mitigating project risks and maximising value to Queensland Hydro.Supporting internal legal teams with contract-related issue resolution.Implementing and managing contract administration plans, systems, and procedures, including contract startup and closeout activities.What do you need?Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant area or significant applied experience.At least five years of experience in a similar role.Tier 1 experience is a must.Strong knowledge of contract principles and financial management.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.Strong stakeholder relationship skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.Understanding of infrastructure project delivery requirements.Willingness to travel and respond to stakeholder requests at short notice.If you think this could be the role for you, please apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
