This builder are now a key player in the commercial fitout, maintenance & refurbishment space in Perth.
With a strong track record in the industry and key client relationships in the market, this business pride themselves on their team culture & diversity across projects.
They are currently looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

This role will be based in their new offices centrally located and will be visiting construction sites across Perth Metro area on a weekly basis.
Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, you will assist in the completion and close out of their projects as a Contract Administrator with some elements of supervision and project management.

What to expect in this role: Reporting to the Project Manager you will assist in managing all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project.Head and subcontractor variations, progress claims and invoicing.Prepare, negotiate and let subcontract packages.Liaise with key stake holders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & registers.Involvement in final accounts and project close out.Attend project meetings with team and stakeholdersBenefits: Work across a variety of projects including fit-outs, refurbishments and smaller new buildFinancially stable being part of a larger groupBusy pipeline of work with secure, long-term repeat clientsExcellent culture promoting a strong work-life balanceWe are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who has 2-3 years' experience working on commercial building projects.
