The UGL New Energy Team is having a great 2024 and is successfully about to deliver 3 large scale battery projects which are now in the commissioning phase.

As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.
About the role Location Flexible - Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth
The Contract Administrator is responsible for the upstream and downstream contractual administration of goods, materials, and services to support the project achieve quality, time, and cost targets with minimal risk.
Working under the guidance of the Project Manager and Commercial Lead for the project, the role is responsible for delivering the contract administration requirements of the project in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
Your duties and responsibilities will include: Manage and perform the contract administration responsibilities for the project. Prepare client payment claims ensuring on-time submission and accuracy. Support and coordinate the review and timely approval (or dispute) of payment claims. Negotiate terms and co-ordinate signing of subcontracts. Manage and monitor contract securities, insurances, claims and variations. Work in conjunction with the Project Manager, Design Manager and Construction Manager to ensure on-time delivery of all goods and services. Your skills and experience: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or equivalent. Extensive experience in a Contracts Administration role or similar position. Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in SAP Software/accounting and associated reporting desirable. Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
