What's on offer:
You will be joining a national head contractor. Your first project will be delivering a $25 million, 19 Luxury Town Houses + 1 basement located in North Melbourne.
National Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projects
Location: Site based position in North Melbourne
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 + Super, negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.
Career Development: Clear pathway to progress to Project Manager
What you will be doing?
In this role you'll be working closely with your Project Manager, given the autonomy to administer the full contract lifecycle and smooth delivery of a $25 million, 19 luxury townhouse project. This is a site-based role allowing you to be hands-on with the project.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering multi-residential projects or commercial projects. Ideally, exposure to projects $20 million + would help with being successful in this role.
