Contract Administrator

Due to a number of new projects and a few additional tenders that are looking good, this respected Tier 2 builder is actively looking for multiple CA's in the greater Geelong region.
The company has been in operation for 50+ years and built and solid name for themselves as a respected builder who deliver landmark projects with a high end finish.
They work across the commercial, health, education and institutional sectors where project valued vary between $20- $250m.
Your role: Let and vet subby packages. Procurement. Scope of works. Variations. Progress claims. RFI's. About you :
To be successful you will have:
A minimum of 2 years local experience as a CA. Have worked on relevant projects with values in excess of $10m. Be able to work on site in a team environment. Be able to build relationships with subbies. Have an eye for detail. Be based in Geelong or close to the region. On offer: A remuneration of between $90k-$170k+ Super (dependant on experience). Long term work in the Geelong region. Progress with a large tier who heavily invest in training. Be able to work on landmark Geelong projects.
