This role will see you lead the Commercials from day 1 and form a strong partnership with your Project Manager.The RoleManage the commercial and financial requirements for the project, with assistance from the PMAccurate & regular tracking of costs – target vs actualManagement of Subcontracts, including variations and progress claimsSubcontractor procurementMonthly cost reports and budget forecastingAssist with PCG meetings, programming and design as requiredBe a key contributing member of the project teamSystems implementation and improvementThe Person3+ years Contract Administration experience as a sole/lead/senior CA, reporting into the PMProcess-driven with high standard of workingA proactive mindset and ability to manage own workload, schedule and prioritiesExcellent management of financials, eye for detail and analyticalDegree-qualified within Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similarTechnical building knowledge, understanding of trade packagesUnderstanding of BIF Act, contract terms and legislationSwitched on, driven, a team player and have a methodical, diligent approach to your workThe PackageImmediate interview & start/Jan 2025$150,000 - $170,000 + SuperThis role will be a mix of Site & Office basedDirect engagement and mentorship from a highly experienced PM & Contracts ManagerProgression, mentorship and developmentA critical role on a key projectInterested?If you're an experienced CA looking for consistency, longevity and job security, whilst also working within a tight-knit team delivering interesting projects, this could be the one for you.
