Job Description About the role
This is a critical position of influence that requires a high calibre individual with a strong track record of pre-contracts and project delivery experience. Ideally, you will be a degree qualified Contracts Administrator with commercial acumen and credibility gained from working successfully for well-regarded Building companies. Enthusiastic and driven individuals, with high standards and a willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals.
About you
You will be a methodical individual with a creative streak who is adept at investigating project opportunities and efficiencies, analysing claims, conducting site inspections and managing budgets and programmes. You will also need to be an accomplished communicator and negotiator able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
What we need
Construction Management Degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification A minimum of 2-3 years' practical experience Exposure to a variety of construction projects Preparing and managing budgets and programmes Exposure to Defence, Retail & Commercial will be highly favoured Contract/Sub-Contract management Preparing detailed contracts Preparation of scoping documents Managing variations, delays and contract claims Jobpac experience highly preferred Qualifications Ideally, you will have:
Cert IV in Contract Administration (minimum) Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification Jobpac experience (not essential although will be highly regarded) Exposure to commercial construction A minimum of 2-3 years' practical experience Experience in preparing detailed contracts Preparation of scoping documents Managing variations, delays and contract claims Additional Information If this interests you, we encourage you to apply via the link including your resume and a cover letter outlining:
