System Procurement has a full-time permanent opportunity for a Contract Administrator. Be responsible for the contract administration for a range of medical equipment and maintenance arrangements that support Pathology Queensland. There are opportunities to assist in other categories within the Medical Equipment and Maintenance Category Team and to participate in sourcing projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing over-arching support to a category or procurement team in order to ensure compliance with procurement Governance processes, and ensuring effective systems are in place to manage the supplier contracts, including contract execution, contract amendment and contract extensions. The Contracts Administrator will also provide support to the implementation of procurement processes as required, in addition to responding to queries from stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary.Reporting/work relationshipsThe Contracts Administrator reports to the Category Manager.The number of direct reports for this position is nil.Mandatory qualifications, registrations and other requirementsWhilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.Experience in procurement relevant to a health care setting will be well regarded.There will be a requirement to travel to Hospital and Health Services across Queensland.Role fitYou will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:Working with PeopleInitiates and participates in activities designed to develop and foster professional relationships.
