Job Description About the Company An established and growing builder with offices in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Ballina delivers a wide range of projects across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, defence, hospitality, and education. Known for delivering new build construction and refurbishment projects, they boast a high level of customer satisfaction that leads to consistent repeat business.
Their current project portfolio consists of many government projects in education, health, and age care, valuing from $2M to $20M.
The role – Contracts Administrator - $12M school We are looking for a Contracts Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their Brisbane team and work closely with their current Project Manager on a $12M refurbishment/new build of a school on the north side of Brisbane.
You will be office-based, located close to the CBD. This is a great opportunity to join their growing Brisbane office, with the potential to fast-track to Project Manager.
