Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join a contractor delivering major Solar Farm and BESS projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and administering contracts for these significant renewable energy projects. This role is based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to major solar and BESS projects.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
Address and resolve any contractual issues in a timely and professional manner.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met, protecting the company's interests.
Support and Administration:
Provide administrative support to the project management team.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration working on major construction or renewable energy projects.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
