This Mid Tier builder has been established in Sydney and Melbourne for over 50 years and built a diversified client base who require the construction and fitout / refurb of commercial projects between $1mil to $50mil. With many of these clients having projects in Qld they have recently opened a Brisbane office, providing the opportunity to join a growing arm of an established and stable builder.

About The Opportunity

With a number of new projects secured, including a $15mil retail refurb, this builder requires a CA to be responsible for running the commercial function on this project. This broad role will also enable you to work closely with the PM to further your knowledge in areas such as client and consultant management, design management, programming etc. Being a new and growing office will also provide clear lines of career progression available to you as you develop professionally.

What You Will Need To Succeed

This role would suit a CA who is already running the commercial function on their projects and is looking for either larger projects to work on or opening up their career opportunities to become a Senior CA or PM.
