Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder who deliver multi res developments. Due to the amount of projects they have recently been awarded, they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their already thriving team. This builder has a strong pipeline of local Brisbane projects and a strong presence in Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.Role: Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the projectManagement of Head contract negotiation, variations and progress claimsManagement of all sub-contract procurement, letting and ongoing variations and claim processingLead procurement process and negotiate commercial terms with project stakeholdersExperience: MUST have recent multi res experience, project over 10 storeysProject value experience over $30MStrong background and tenures with reputable builders in a similar sectorCompleted projects from inception to completionIn return:You will receive an above market salary package, strong work culture, strong support, and a company with strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors, experienced Site Team, strong local project pipeline and regular salary reviews.If you are interested in this role, please apply now!
