Job Description
This is a critical position in our team and requires a high calibre individual. This role will give you exposure to pre-contracts and project delivery experience. We have been successful in securing works with NSW Health, with projects already underway at Grafton and Lismore.
Tasks and responsibilities may include:

Cost management including preparing and managing budgets
Sub-contractor management, communication, negotiation and consultation is key
Contract management including submitting and assessing variations

Qualifications
You will be a methodical individual with a creative streak who is adept at investigating project opportunities and efficiencies, analysing claims, conducting site inspections and managing budgets and programmes. You will also need to be an accomplished communicator and negotiator able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Ideally you will have:

Cert IV in Contract Administration (minimum)
Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification
Jobpac experience (not essential although will be highly regarded)
Exposure to commercial construction
