Are you an experienced Contract Administrator seeking your next opportunity?
Primary objectives of the position: Provide administrative support to the estimating team. Send out tenders for estimators (plans and specifications). Preparation and lodgment of tenders by closing date/time. Scanning and filing of plans, specifications, and all related correspondence into systems. Creation and maintenance of files for subcontractors. Compile information and create project reporting requirements. Ensure project budgets are being met or bettered within the procurement process. Promote and encourage a positive HSE culture and its implementation throughout. Skills and experience required: Previous experience in a similar role. Current driver's licence. Proven organisation and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Highly proficient and capable in the following IT systems.
