Contract Administrator- Fitout

This is an excellent opportunity for you to take your career as a CA in the fit-out sector to another level. Fit-out projects to $50m.

The Company
Having a number of arms to the business and having been in operation for over 25 years, this national business is a company in which you can grow into a Project Manager, Senior PM, and then a Project Director. Fit-out projects are across a commercial, health, education, and institutional sectors with ranges from $3m- $50m. As most national large-scale businesses that are extremely organised and have room for further growth but need good people in their business to help them prosper.

About You
Degree qualified in a Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent degree.
Local experience within the fitout sector.
Ideally have experience with Cheops.
Be able to run a project valued at $3m yourself. Essentially worked across all subby packages and seen projects from letting stage through to handover.
Have a passion for the industry.
Be able to work within a team environment.
