Atlas Recruitment continues to see a sharp increase in demand for talent within the fast-growing Data Centre sector in Melbourne. We are fortunate to be working with some of Melbourne/Australia's best Tier 1 & 2 Builders and are currently engaged on a wide range of Contract Administrator opportunities for both fit out & new build Data Centre projects ranging from $50 - 400M in value.
We are interested in speaking with Contract Administrators / Quantity Surveyors of an intermediate to senior level and have a range of project opportunities available in Melbourne western & northern suburbs. Candidates will ideally have experience in large scale, complex projects at Tier 1 or 2 level.
General Responsibilities:
Tender response evaluation
Scope of works and letting packages to sub-contractors
Variation assessment in accordance with cost control
Certification and payment of Progress Claims
Finalisation of payments
Liaison with Project Managers, Site Managers, Subcontractors and Suppliers
Work within a third-party accredited Quality, Environmental and WHS systems
About You:
2-10 years of proven commercial experience, ideally on projects north of $50M
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
Local experience within similar sectors is a strong advantage
Data Centre experience is a big bonus, however not essential
