This dynamic role requires an individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
The roles and responsibilities for the Contract Administrator include:
Contract administration on projects.Preparation of project documentation and reports.Let trade contracts for winning sub-contractors in conjunction with the estimator and project manager.Liaise closely with the client and subcontractors in regard to contract and payments.The successful applicant should ideally possess the following:
Professional experience working for a commercial builder.Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects.Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Proven track record in contract administration, expenditure tracking, budgeting and strategizing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attractive salary is available and will be based on the level of experience.
