Job Description: Partner with Operations in implementing continuous improvement onsite. Proud maker of Australia's most loved confectionery brands – Skittles, Extra and Eclipse. In the role of Continuous Improvement Technician , you will collaborate with Operations to implement continuous improvement strategies that drive operational excellence. Working closely with key stakeholders and the site Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in our improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include: Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) processes and standards on targeted lines with Operations. Collaborate with Value Stream Managers, Shift Managers and Operation teams to capture, create and implement standards. Participate in various forums related to continuous improvement, coach, mentor and nurture the culture of continuous improvement onsite. Provide updates on actions, escalations and timeline tracking. What will you bring to the role? Degree in Food Science, Engineering or Chemistry is essential. Technically minded candidates with attention to detail. Strong computer skills with Excel and Microsoft Teams experience. Ability to work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders. What can you expect from Mars?
