**The Opportunity**:

We're currently recruiting the expertise of a Mining Engineer or experienced Production professional for this FIFO Perth opportunity offering excellent benefits and incentives.

This position is largely based at our customers' mine site and is focused on identifying (through data and observation) and implementing productivity improvement projects across the range of Komatsu equipment and technologies.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Tertiary degree in Mining Engineering/related field or 10+ years' experience as a Production leader on site
- Have unquestionable integrity, and be an effective communicator
- A high level of experience with managing and implementing improvement projects in a mining environment
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyse data with a focus on process optimisation
- Preferably hold prior experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean, root cause analysis, etc)
