Join this expanding Learning and Development team in the exciting new roles as a Continuity Learning and Development Officer.
This role is based in Brisbane and will provide coverage across all areas where required, predominantly within South East Queensland, occasionally regional QLD or interstate, offering continuity of training across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities Facilitate the onboarding programs for Youth Workers, Case Managers and other operational roles.
Facilitate effective training and coaching on key organisational topics for the Operations teams that focuses on improving skills, behaviours and performance.
Develop training packages and learning interventions for approved L & D Projects utilising engaging adult learning methodologies whilst aligning to the L & D Governance Framework.
Provide input, ideas and recommendations into L & D packages, materials and resources to ensure consistency and a high-quality standard.
Provide exceptional service to the Operations teams, working together to identify and understand learning needs and opportunities to feed into the L & D Program of Work.
Ensure that all training programs meet regulatory and organisational standards and maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.

Essential: Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or willingness to obtain it.
Happy to travel and flexible to work across varied locations.
Confidence to co-facilitate and provide feedback to peers Proven experience in a training or coaching role.
Be an excellent communicator and ability to build strong partnerships.
Experience in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning.
Confidently facilitate a workshop and utilise a variety of learning methods to support the transfer of learning.
Desirable: Hold a Diploma or higher-level qualification in Leadership, Community Service or Health field.
Proven experience working with young people in a residential care service.
Proven experience with not for profit/charitable organisation.
