About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Video Content Producer to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in videography, photography, and motion graphics to help shape and enhance MCoBeauty's brand image while supporting revenue and market expansion strategies.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of bringing fresh ideas to the table while delivering high-quality work that aligns with creative briefs and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Visual Storytelling
Produce and edit high-quality videos and photos for digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Assist in brainstorming and conceptualising creative ideas for campaigns and product launches.Social Media and Digital Marketing
Create dynamic social media content, including ads, reels, TikToks, tiles, banners, and video edits for platforms such as YouTube.Retail and Marketing Collateral
Capture in-store marketing materials, including POS displays, shelf talkers, and floor stands.
Develop packaging concepts, finished artwork, and marketing materials for new and existing products.Photography and Retouching
Capture product flat lays, lifestyle imagery, and e-commerce content.
Retouch images, create composites, and produce product renders and mock-ups for presentations and marketing.Content Ideation and Strategy
Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives and engage audiences across platforms.
Stay updated on beauty and social media trends to proactively suggest innovative content ideas.Production Management
Plan and coordinate video shoots, including setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment to achieve high-quality results.
Assist in scouting and preparing locations for shoots, ensuring alignment with creative briefs.
Manage the post-production process, including editing, colour grading, and audio mixing, to deliver polished final products.Performance Analysis
Work with the marketing team to analyse the performance of video content and implement learnings to optimise future campaigns.Team Collaboration
Partner with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create cohesive content that delivers consistent messaging.
Provide support and mentorship to junior team members or external vendors involved in content production.Asset Organisation
Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, and creative assets to ensure easy access for future use.Event Coverage
Capture and produce live event coverage or behind-the-scenes content for launches, PR events, and other brand activities.Quality Assurance
Ensure all video and photography deliverables meet brand standards and are optimised for the respective digital or retail platforms.Requirements Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.Advanced skills in photography and photo editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in motion graphics and videography.Experience developing creative strategies and taking concepts from ideation to high-end finished content.Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience with packaging design, die lines, and barcode integration.Familiarity with image resolutions, frame rates, and digital media specifications for different platforms.Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Benefits & perks:
