You will lead a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven their success year after year.Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, who is all about supporting you to make your mark and reap the rewards.This essential role will manage and motivate the National Sales Team and ensure that primary survey and sale targets are met, while Kent's client's expectations are exceeded.

Lead, Coach and develop the Brokerage National Sales TeamUndertake a dual role as team leader and sales consultantFormulating pricing and proposals that best suit the clientPromote full suite of services to ensure our clients' needs are metAssist with any service issues and escalations, ensuring effective and timely solutionsPromote customer feedback as we strive to always improveBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and managersMaintain exemplary customer serviceAbout you: Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual.This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
