Where you'd be working:
This Consultant role will be based in our newly renovated Brisbane office. The consulting team includes professional services, project managers, business solutions, support and sales. The team works closely with customers including onsite visits to undertake customer requirements.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this):
Your business consulting skills and experience in a Finance environment will assist you in this role. Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with our Project Managers, our Professional Services Consultants are responsible for:
Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements
Designing solutions to meet those requirements
Documenting system configurations
Performing system testing
Managing customer business improvements
About you We're looking for a new Professional Services Consultant who has:
Strong Business Consulting skills and able to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding
Strong ability to design solutions to meet clients' business requirements
Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in mid to large scale ERP projects
Pronto Xi experience and skills will be highly regarded
Well-developed prioritisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, written and client-facing
Excellent stakeholder, issue, and scope management skills
Ability to identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution
Be energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting environment
To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you'd need to have:
Successfully completed a degree in Business related discipline or relevant industry experience
Professional membership preferred
You will possess a strong work ethic
You will be resourceful and innovative at tackling complex business challenges
Work well in a team environment
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail
Passionate about customer service and delivery excellence
A current driver's license as travel to customer sites is required
A passport as potential interstate and international travel may be required
