We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team in working across the Greater Adelaide region on a full-time, ongoing basis.
As a Construction Supervisor, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage.
Reporting to the Regional Building Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include:
Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base
Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
Day-to-day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork, and other admin tasks
Weekly KPI reporting
WHO YOU ARE
Ideally, we're looking for someone who has:
Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience and/or a strong trade background (but more importantly, an eagerness to learn and be a part of a cohesive team)
A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems (mandatory)
Have completed the General Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory)
Hold a valid driver's licence (mandatory)
Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including what it means to deliver excellent customer service
And just as importantly, an eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team.
