Job SummaryWe seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and schedule project roadmaps, including cost estimation and project oversight.Manage construction stakeholders such as clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and end users.Supervise construction project management through design stages and actual construction, adhering to timelines, costs, and quality standards.Monitor construction site activities and manage project programs to meet performance and contractual obligations.Procure consultants and contractors, prepare contracts, and maintain proper project documentation.Administer scope changes, manage variation orders, and ensure timely progress and payment claims.Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and safety while managing site inspections.Coordinate resources including labor, materials, equipment, and consult with architects and engineers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher.At least 2 years of relevant experience.Flexibility in work schedules.Detail-oriented mindset, emphasizing quality standards and compliance.Compensation:AUD 73,000 - AUD 74,000 per Year
