Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Plan and organize construction projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project executionMonitor construction progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersManage project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsResolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction processRequirements: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the IT industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and communication skillsGood understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standardsProficient in project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in construction management or a related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
