Our goal is to deliver high-quality projects while building long lasting relationships with our clients.Role Overview:We are seeking a versatile and experienced Construction Manager capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting. This role requires someone who is naturally proactive and demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly with practical solutions. The right candidate will possess a solid understanding of all facets of construction, from project estimating to completion.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate estimates and budget forecasts for various construction projects.Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Oversee on-site operations to ensure work is performed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.Effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.Experienced in the use of construction software tools intuitively for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software with ease.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must be local to Perth, WA.Must have a valid driver's licence, own transport and a valid White Card.A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry.Proven experience in estimating and project management.Strong understanding of construction processes, tools and materials.Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and document progress clearly.Strong understanding of contracts administration, ensuring proper management of contractual obligations.Proficient with Bluebeam or similar programs for digital document management and markups.Proficient with project management software (Nexvia) or equivalent platforms.Experience in commercial, and or modular construction.Preferred Qualifications (Desirable but not Required):Bachelor of Construction Management.Diploma of Building.Knowledge of Australian Standards.Why Join Us?At Hamilton Group Investments, we offer a supportive, collaborative workplace where your efforts will make a real impact on exciting, high-profile projects.
