Construction Manager

Our client has been established for over 10 years and is a well-known brand and reputable builder. They are currently delivering 300+ quality homes per year valued between $150k and $600k. They are now looking to bring on an experienced Construction Manager for the Western suburbs and Toowoomba area, managing a team of 5 supervisors and up to 70 builds concurrently.The right applicant would be an experienced Construction Manager, or a Building Manager/General Manager looking to be more hands-on and in touch with the day-to-day progress on site. Must be a proven performer with an eye for detail and a genuine passion to deliver the best outcomes for all clients.Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a team of 5 Site SupervisorsEnsure projects are being delivered within timeframes and, where possible, within budgetRun weekly meetings with the supervising team in the office to coordinate with internal departmentsLiaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as a second point of contact and to defuse any issuesProvide ongoing training and development for the teamEnsure all projects are delivered with the company's values in mindSkills and Experience:The suitable applicant will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Construction Manager or Senior Management within a project home building environmentExperience managing a team of 3 or more SupervisorsExperience in managing 60+ homes under construction concurrentlyTrade Qualified Carpenter is desiredQBCC Site Supervisors license is essentialAbility to think on your feet and effectively problem solveBenefits:Established trade base; however, you are more than welcome to bring your trades with youWork within an experienced team, and a company that is well regarded and stable in the marketBase salary subject to experience up to $145k + super + carSupportive head office team means you will get the support when you need itIf you meet the above criteria and are interested in finding out more, you can apply or reach out directly.Olivia Baker | Residential Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
