The Role:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 6 Supervisors and overseeing the delivery of quality services to clients. You will be responsible for;
Mentoring a managing self-sufficient team of supervisors and supporting them to deliver domestic construction projects across metro MelbourneOverseeing a diverse portfolio of domestic projects from $20k to $500k+Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and workflow management across the construction teamLiaising with key stakeholders including customers, insurance company representatives, internal staff to ensure smooth operationsProviding technical advice and support to staff About You:
