This client is highly respected in the industry and due to winning a number of new projects they now have openings for experienced Foreman to join their growing team. These positions are contract based but there is an option to join this client full time.
Position:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman/ Site Supervisor to oversee residential building projects. You must have a proven track record in managing construction sites, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the building process.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards Manage and direct a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor in residential building Strong leadership and team management skills Qualification in building or project management desired but not crucial Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to safety and quality Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to secure full time contract Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting residential projects Supportive work environment with a focus on career development Leading builder Additional Information: $250k Plus Orange NSW Excellent career development #J-18808-Ljbffr
