As a C&E attendant, you will be front line for all our guests' wants and needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will be looking after all types of events, from corporate boardroom functions to weddings and birthday celebrations. This is a Casual position and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Point of contact for all guest enquiriesAssist the C+E Supervisor in ensuring a smooth running of all eventsAssist with pack up and set up of all eventsEnsure tables are set up to high standardMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationLead, mentor and train new staffRunning of food and beveragesClean up after guests and ensure a clean working environmentAssist other F&B departments when required (i.e., Restaurant / bar)Qualifications YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a luxury hotel environmentBe highly organised and able to effectively manage prioritiesStrong focus on guest and team relations.
