Together.We're on a constant journey of improvement, delivering what we proudly call 'SIXT star service' for a seamless and premium experience.Job DescriptionSIXT Australiais on the lookout for a Full Time Concierge/Shuttle Driver to join the team at Sydney Airport.As a Concierge/Shuttle Driver, you will provide exceptional and memorable service experiences to our customers, and contribute to the successful operation of our location.Your key responsibilities will include:Greeting and welcoming our customers when they arrive to collect their rented vehicleEnsuring that the customer's expectations of the rented vehicleare metIdentifying customer needs and accommodating accordinglyProviding excellent service and information when customers return their rented vehicle and exit the rental processInspecting and identifying damage to our vehicles, and supporting the team in the damage processSafely transporting our customers and their luggage from the terminal to our offices using a shuttle busMaintaining the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle bus (fuel level, tyre pressure, etc.)Complying with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policyQualificationsFlexibility to work during location trading hours including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysCurrent Unrestricted Full Open Driver's Licence (mandatory)Exceptional customer service skills and/or experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicExperience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.Additional InformationAt SIXT Australia, we offer more than just discounts – though you get those too!
