We are approved to deliver services for Federal government funding and Department of Veterans Affairs clients at home.
Our clients are also provided service at their primary location of residence as private or hospital transition care.
The Campbelltown office manages from Hoxton Park to Picton, and the Penrith office manages clients from Penrith to the Blue Mountains remote location.
Our care staff and clients need service provided across these multiple locations, and the job may require travel across these areas.The candidate should hold tertiary qualifications in I.T.
and have exposure to managing complex IT environments.
A willingness to grow around digital transformation and support the organization in designing, developing, and implementing a digital transformation platform is essential.The new employee will be required to perform the following tasks:Provide network support and troubleshoot various WAN/LAN connectivity issues.Analyse and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services to streamline processes and recommend improvements.Analyse and troubleshoot Local Area Network cabling and Wide Area Network.Administer and prepare programs for IP addresses and develop network resources.Monitor and perform hardware and software upgrades to network servers, including operating systems and applications.Analyse and recommend to the Director and Lead of Information Technology and prepare forecasts for all software and hardware requirements.Manage and document network systems, operational procedures, and monitor hardware inventory for the network.Manage users across multiple platforms and help train them to use their resources effectively.Resolve technical issues across multiple platform (MAC OS and Windows) based systems.Good to have: Candidates with skills and/or exposure in organizational behavior and the multicultural care industry will be highly regarded.#J-18808-Ljbffr
