The Role:The purpose of the Compliance, Governance and Risk Manager role is to lead the team and ensure the corporate governance, risk, and assurance functions meet requirements in accordance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.This role is Full-Time with capacity for hybrid / WFH delivery. Responsibilities: Maintain the suite of corporate registers (not limited to risk, policy, legal & other contracts).Manage and coordinate insurance policy renewal and claims to support organisational needs.Develop and implement an internal audit schedule.Action constitutional requirements for members and directors.Maintain corporate governance calendar, proactively plan action to meet required timeframes.Ensure the organisation is adhering to all corporate governance registrations, standards, and frameworks.About you:You must be a great team member with a proactive mindset, solutions focused, and outcomes driven.
