Salary Range is $84,400 - $93,800 + 11.5% super Full Time - Fixed term until 1 December 2025 New Industrial Agreement 2024, meaning pay rises in July '25 and '26! What You Will Be Working On As the Community Infrastructure Planning Project Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful projects that enhance our community quality of life. In this role, you will:
Work across departments to align community infrastructure planning efforts and support project management activities.Assist in developing project plans, business cases, and funding submissions through detailed research and analysis.Contribute to strategies that effectively engage with the community and stakeholders, advocating for projects that align with their needs and aspirations.Provide administrative support, manage project documentation, and assist in coordinating meetings, events, and logistical arrangements.About You We're looking for someone who:
Holds an accreditation in Urban & Regional Planning, Community Infrastructure Planning, Community Development/Social Planning, or has significant experience in Recreation.Has practical experience in research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Demonstrates experience in preparing high-quality reports, submissions, or grant applications.Is skilled in engaging with diverse stakeholders and is passionate about supporting community initiatives.Is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.What it is Like Working Here We are a values-led organisation guided by our belief that we:
