Community Development Manager OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Community Development Manager to join our team at JOBX Pty Ltd. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in executing community development and community engagement strategies for our flagship master planned community in the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area.
Key Responsibilities: Foster community engagement and connectedness to grow a sustainable and cohesive communityImplement strategies to welcome and embrace residents, foster social interaction via events and community activities, and support the creation of self-reliant community groupsLiaise with Council, government, service providers, adjacent developers, and not-for-profit organisations to facilitate other community programs and servicesOversee the budget for the approved Community Development Implementation PlanRequirements: Proven experience in a community development capacity, preferably within a dynamic, urban growth locationExceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skillsFacilitation skills to develop partnerships, alliances, and networksAbout the Role: This is a unique opportunity to make your mark and join a community at its commencement, which will eventually comprise many thousands of people.
