In this role, you will contribute your expertise to significant initiatives ranging from renewable energy projects to major infrastructure projects, all aimed at fostering economic development and enhancing the liveability of our communities.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Develop and execute high-quality communication strategies and plans aligned with the department's mission, vision, and values.• Forge effective relationships both internally and externally while offering strategic, solution-focused communication guidance.• Generate and curate content for multiple mediums, including online copy, social media posts, stakeholder communications, marketing materials, and event support.• Contribute to the evaluation of communication strategies to ascertain their effectiveness, ensuring our messaging continuously evolves and resonates.• Embrace and recommend innovative communication practices and technologies to enhance our engagement with diverse audiences.
