Newly created opportunity for a Commissioning Manager to lead our projects to successful completion Full time, permanent opportunity within a growing industry Join a for-purpose organisation and enjoy being part of a world-class development project About the role As the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the commissioning of the St. Clare retirement living precinct. You will ensure that all systems and components are designed, installed, and tested according to operational requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing commissioning plans, procedures, and protocols Coordinating and managing commissioning activities, including site inspections, testing, and verification Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise processes Preparing and presenting reports on commissioning progress and outcomes About you You are an analytical thinker with a commonsense approach to solving problems and resolving issues. You have strong attention to detail and your time management and organisation skills are second to none.
In addition, you possess the following:
Proven experience in commissioning and project management Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, standards, and best practices Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Why VMCH?
