THE CRITERIA 2 years' experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment; Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery; Fantastic written and verbal communication skills; Passion for the hospitality industry; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and problem solve; Ability to work well unsupervised; Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not a necessity!
