About The Role
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our Commercial Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.

The successful candidate will require the following:
Experience in the property industry and/or knowledge of the local commercial property market (an advantage)A Property Representative licence or ability to attain one in the near futureAn ability to think strategicallyStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsProven business development and marketing skillsA customer-centric focusA high level of business acumenExcellent time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office softwareA current driver's licence About Elders
