About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Head of Property Management to ensure an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.
You will manage a diverse property portfolio, handling the day-to-day operations and ensuring that our department reaches its annual goals.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of commercial mixed propertiesOverseeing trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and complianceHandling maintenance and repairs with contractors and tenantsConducting inspections and managing tenancy auditsProviding exceptional customer service to tenants and landlordsDelivering monthly and quarterly reports to landlordsEnsuring timely rent collection and managing arrears (under 1% target)Completing lease creation and ensuring compliance with lease termsManaging client relationships, supporting internal referrals, and contributing to industry news and updatesKey Qualities & Requirements:Highly motivated, driven, and proactiveExceptional organisational skills with an eye for detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCurrent Real Estate Salesperson RegistrationAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Trust Accounting Software, and CRM toolsClean driver's licence and ability to manage a fast-paced work environmentAbility to respond to emails within 24 hours (non-negotiable)If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Hayley on 0410 789 088.
