About the role:In this role you'll be part of the Building & Construction customer stream, working on some exciting projects here in South Australia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project execution, stakeholder management, and successful project closeout.

This role is responsible for:
Effective project planning and implementationRisk analysis and development of project planning artefactsCollaboration with other internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metPrepare and manage the project budgetManage project schedules, safety, quality, and business processesContribute to the Construction Manager/General Manager portfolio of strategic direction and growthSkills & Experience:Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related disciplineExperience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator for a Head Contractor / or Managing Contractor in the commercial sectorProficiency using MS Project, and other MS office suite programmesCommercial acumen and experience in contract administration, claims, reporting, budget, expenditure, and financeConstruction White Card and Current driver's licenseNational police clearance (NPC)Ability or willingness to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance (DCAC)Apply now:To register your interest, please forward your current resume and cover letter via the application link.
