SP&S is responsible for delivering commercial advice, management and sourcing strategies and solutions that enable the delivery of business goals and objectives and plays a key part in driving change within the organisation.Are you looking to take your career to the next level? You will work closely with senior team members and subject matter experts to ensure AMP achieves maximum value from projects, partners, and vendor arrangements.How you will make an impact Assist in vendor management by supporting the management of relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring they adhere to AMP's standards.Support strategy implementation by helping to maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring they deliver competitive solutions.Identify cost-saving opportunities by supporting programs aimed at reducing operating and capital expenses.Assist in developing commercial strategies for sourcing from external vendors, ensuring these strategies meet AMP's commercial and business objectives.Ensure compliance by helping to maintain vendor relationships to ensure they comply with AMP policies and regulatory requirements and contributing to key vendor governance forums as needed.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including technology and business owners, to understand and develop expectations from the vendor market.We are seeking enthusiastic early-career candidates who ideally have some experience in a commercial environment and are looking to grow further.Candidates should have good communication and relationship-building skills for working with vendors, management and clients. Experience in analytical problem-solving, basic vendor management and some project management would be well regarded.Attention to detail, the ability to work well within a team environment, and good time management skills are essential.
